Effective immediately, following a recent comprehensive investigation on a former staff member, we have made the decision to permanently blacklist TheDoctor across all subsidiaries of ilike’s Productions.
Context behind this blacklist
The decision to permanently blacklist TheDoctor comes after the discovery of a serious breach of conduct, specifically involving inappropriate behaviour that is entirely incompatible with the standards we uphold.
During this comprehensive review, we confirmed that:
- TheDoctor knowingly anticipated being sent explicit material from a real‑life friend of his.
- However, upon receiving this explicit adult content that seemed to originate from PornHub, he proceeded to display it to others (including ilike, the founder of ilike’s Productions, during a call who stated clearly that he didn’t want to see any explicit material), despite the content’s inappropriate nature.
- Although the original material was slightly blurred due to poor laptop camera quality, the act of knowingly obtaining and showing explicit content to others represents a completely unacceptable lapse in judgement.
- Given the approximate age of ≈13, proper parental controls should be put in place to prevent access to explicit content in the first place.
- He also used racially offensive language in his personal life and repeated it in a WhatsApp conversation, influenced by peer pressure from a racist person that he considered a “friend”. As the founder of ilike’s Productions, I viewed TheDoctor as a capable individual, making this behaviour disappointing and unacceptable, falling below the standards expected within our community.
This behaviour violates basic standards of professionalism and community safety. Even a partial display of explicit content in any non‑permitted environment is a major breach and cannot be ignored.
Our expectations & policies
Our three core values of Innovation, Ambition and Authenticity form the foundation for everything we do here at ilike’s Productions. Behaviour that contradicts these principles, especially actions involving explicit content, misconduct, or unsafe behaviour, has no place at ilike’s Productions. We act decisively to protect our community, staff, and audience.
We also hold an extremely strict zero‑tolerance policy for behaviour involving explicit material, exploitation, manipulation, and any other type of conduct that risks other’s safety.
If an individual knowingly engages or promotes behaviour of this nature, they will be immediately and permanently blacklisted from ilike’s Productions, regardless of prior involvement.
