We have received two new updates from Cloudflare:

1. 1.1.1.1 landing page is showing elevated 403 errors from 18:47 UTC (DNS resolution via 1.1.1.1 unaffected; cache purge and Debugging page impacted).
2. Cloudflare One connectivity issues are under investigation as of 18:45 UTC, which may block some users from accessing certain sites.
