Over the past 24 hours, we have issued two live broadcasts on ilikeRadio regarding a developing internal incident and related service updates. This message provides a full recap of the situation, actions taken, and current status.

Yesterday, we interrupted programming to address an internal incident involving a former staff member who was facing removal following repeated misconduct, including attempts to interfere with shared project work on internal platforms. Following this, precautionary measures were immediately implemented, including the temporary restriction of access to our communities, after receiving information suggesting potential disruptive activity.

Shortly after, initial updates indicated that the reported activity may not have been fully coordinated as originally believed. Despite this, all precautionary measures remained in place while further investigation was carried out.

As of now, no confirmed large-scale disruption has occurred. However, we continue to actively monitor all platforms and take any potential threats seriously. Investigations remain ongoing, particularly regarding conflicting information around responsibility for the reported activity. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

We will not be naming or directly identifying any individuals involved at this time, in order to avoid unnecessary attention and to ensure a fair and responsible process.

In addition to this situation, we are also preparing for scheduled maintenance affecting our primary streaming provider on Saturday, 11th April. During this period, some services may experience temporary disruption while system updates are carried out. To minimise impact, the Warm Global Dance Radio Chart has been moved to Friday.

We are also currently investigating a brief service interruption that occurred earlier today, which may be related to the upcoming maintenance work. Further clarification will be provided once this has been fully reviewed.
